The Greenies celebrate their "Landing Day" in Second Life from 2 years ago with a gigantic party on August 15th 2009, 11am - 4:30pm SLT. All terrestrial and extraterrestrial creatures are cordially invited to join us on the kitchen table. Incredible live performances, orbital tunes and beautiful particle shows will take your breath!

11:00 - 12:00 ~~ Live DJane "Myla Vuckovic" (minimal techno, dance)
12:00 - 12:30 ~~ Live Band "Engrama" (indie)
[Engrama] is comprised of Pupito Abrahams (Argentina) and Lakua Arriaga (Spain). Their music consists of songs of their own creation, live musical experimentation, as well as covers from groups such as Joy Division, Radiohead, Sigur Ros and The Cure. In real life, Pupito Abrahams plays in few bands within the independent music scene in Buenos Aires. What [Engrama] offers to Second Life is live music without pre-recorded tracks; a dreamlike musical soundscape which transcends from SL into RL.
12:30 - 13:15 ~~ Live Musician "Obeloinkment Wrigglesworth" (funk, bluegrass, folk, rock)
Obeloinkment's set has been described as original, groovin', dynamic and fun. The music is original and made using an loop machine with acoustic guitar, a microphone, drums, bass, various percussion items, and sometimes even an old hammond organ. The original tunes seldom sound the same as experimentation is all part of the act. Obe does play the occasional cover songs for effect, fun, or request, but the focus of the show is original music with organic instruments that absolutely never uses any prerecorded tracks. If you had to pin down a genre on this show it'd be funkadelicbluegrassfolkrock with tequilla.
13:15 - 13:45 ~~ Live Artists "Changhigh Trinity Sisters" + DJ "Otawan Fouquet" (ambient)
The Changhigh Trinity Sisters are dancer in exclusive fireshow. A surpreme circus acrobatic event with a mixture of highly spiritual music and cosmic speech blended with universal insight, wisdom and philosophy. Aslive artists they create living performances in SL to share and guide their fellow beings through the labyrinth of light, life and love.
14:30 - 15:00 ~~ Live Musician "Truelie Telling" (country, punk, folk, jazz, comedy rock)
Truelie has been making up tunes since she was in the crib, so she got here with a big catalog of original songs. And she loves Second Life and has been writing songs about it since she moved here in December of 2007. So you can expect to hear songs about rl and sl, although sometimes she's confused about which is which. She calls herself a countrypunkfolkjazzcomedyrock performer who has overcome her classical training, with the heart of an old hippy happily inhabiting a much younger, much more beautiful avvie.
15:00 - 15:30 ~~ Live Musician & Particle Artist "Thumper Boucher" (funk, jazz, hip-hop, reggae, metal, indie rock, pop)
humper is a multi instumentalist, live musician and visual artist with a quirky funky style. He has 28 years of stage expertise and unites elements of various genres like funk, jazz, hip-hop, reggae, indie rock, pop, metal and new age. Bass is his main instrument but he plays guitar and keyboard as well. He has 2 solo records ... "aveRage American daD" and "digital dinosaurs" ... both albums were written, performed, mixed, mastered and produced by him.
15:30 - 16:30 ~~ DJane "Taylor Flanagan" (70's, 80s, disco)

We arrange in the time between 11:30am SLT and 4:30pm SLT next to the festival a special fishing contest @ the sink!!! The winners will be announced 4:30pm SLT and celebrated with fireworks and fantastic prizes:
