L.O.V.E. *RP*

One of the things I most enjoyed when I first joined SL was roleplay.  I participated in a number of types of roleplay, including, as you would imagine, any type accepting of elves.  Yes, as shocking as it may be to you, my gentle readers, there are some places that are not welcoming of the long ear'd kind *gasp*

For me, part of the attraction is dressing my avatar for the role she is in.  This helps get me in character and in the appropriate mood.  So I am always pleased when I find a shop that creates clothing for the roleplayer in all of us.  Viv Trafalger Outfitters is one such shop, catering to a variety of styles and roles.  I especially enjoyed just reading the descriptions of her work, clearly a very creative and imaginative mind.

Today, I felt like going with a wenchy piratey sort.  Humming the tune "I'm on a boat" I attempted to not crash my vessel into others at anchor in port.  My crew abandoned ship, like the scurvy rats they be, as soon as they realized I lacked basic naviagion skills like knowing my port from my bow thingy side, and that I faced the wrong way when I took hold o' the wheel.  They were also not impressed that I lack the ability to be on anything moving in SL, such as cars and boats, without developing an overwhelming need to hurl........ But DAYUM, at least I look good whilst hurling... hold my hair back for me please???

 arrrrrr.. no pirates were harmed or hurled on in the shooting of these photos!!!
