Linden Lab (creators of Second Life) is having our FIRST Virtual Recruiting Event on Wednesday, November 18th for the QA Team.  We are looking for SR. QA engineers, QA Managers and Automation Engineers for all of our locations!  So, if you like to break stuff and understand why it broke, enjoy taking a vague description of a bug and defining it as well as reproducing the problem, are passionate about improving the Second Life experience and are smart, creative and passionate, then you might be a Linden!

 HR and the QA team will be on hand to answer questions and show why Linden Lab is such an AWESOME company to work for!

We will be providing a prescreen for all candidates RSVP'ing for this event- invitation with location information and event access will be provided post screen.  Specific skills we will look for are:

• Experience in languages like C++, Python and PHP.

• Experience with UNIX and shell scripting.

• Strong understanding of Relational Databases - MySQL preferred.

• Testing experience with online client/server products or live online games.

• Experience using desktop application and web browser automation test tools such as, but not limited to, SilkTest, Quick Test Pro, or Selenium.

• Experience using performance, load, and stress automation test tools such as, but not limited to, SilkPerformer, LoadRunner, or JMeter.

• Performance testing experience is a huge plus.
