Greenies Lawn opens for Zero-G members July 2nd

Flying over from Greenies Home Sim, many have attempted to land at Greenies Lawn to no avail: sim was 'under very busy construction'. Jolly news: we finally found it ready to show & being enjoyed by a select public. Wednesday 2nd of June - that's tomorrow - at 7AM SLT, Greenies Lawn (click for TP) will open for members of the Zero-G group! Yeey! They can now explore and enjoy the virtual sun at the same time. No sitting inside in the hot Greenies Home, feet in the sink to try and chill, but virtually outside, rezzing towels to sunbathe - don't forget the sunscreen! -, attaching coconut bra's, setting up tents on the soft grass, picnic on the wooden table, enjoying a cool drink, stumbling over an earthworm, ... . Right, all the benefits of real life summer without the mosquitoes, get it now at Greenies Lawn.

Why open before it's 100% finished?

Tricky question. First reason, is because Rezzable sims only go to 99% finished. We constantly add, change, vanish and move virtual stuff. Second reason is, like all most content creators, we like feedback, better known as 'constructive comments'. Have the most wacky idea for Greenies at their Lawn? An object that would fit perfectly on the grass? We forgot to clean up a plywood cube? Say it here in the comments or send an IM in-world to Vint Falken. We might just build what you had in mind, buy what you have to offer or fix what you reported 'erroneous'.

Virtual Doormat to Greenies Home

What is a house without an original doormat - preferably without kittens on it - to welcome people into it? Right, that's not a real home. So we want YOU to create us a doormat for Greenies Home which will be placed on Greenies Lawn. There's a 0LS 20x10x0.5 giant prim on the steps for you to take a copy off to start with.

Doormat requirements:

1. The doormat was rezzed by the original human inhabitants of the house. Of course, Greenies could not keep their tiny little Greenie hands of it, and modded it to their liking.
2. 20x10x0.5 are the dimensions.
3. A maximum of 10 prims.
4. It must make us chuckle, at least once.
5. You are free to choose which material you use: rubber, cocos, pig hair, iron, ... , as long as it looks nice.
6. Named 'Greenies Doormat - YOUR NAME' and dropped on Vint Falken's inventory before Wednesday July 9th.
7. The winning Doormat needs to handed over full perm. We get to use it however we like.

Which is the winning doormat that will be featured on the Greenies Lawn will be determined by web voting. In case we get more than 10 submissions, we'll pick what we find the 10 best and those will do the battle of the doormats on the web.

For any Doormat submitted, we hold the right to take snapshots of it and feature those on the web and in-world.

Virtual Catnip, supersized

All the Neko avatars will agree on this one: no garden without some Nepeta - catnip or catmint - for errr... medical use. I'm 100% sure there is some great prim catnip in our virtual world. We need the catnip 'super sized', scale 28:1. Shown here is the catnip we originally planted, which looked rather dull & unfitting for Greenies Lawn, as all our other plants and bushes are prim builds. There's a max. of 75 prims for the Catnip.

If you can build us some awesome huge virtual catnip, or know someone who does or even owns it already, IM Vint Falken. Bounty for a full perm Catnip is 2000L$, a Greenies Neko avatar and a Zapgun (Transferable Gift Box). Finders fee should such a kind of Catnip already exist is 500L$, a Greenies Neko avatar and a Zapgun (Transferable Gift Box).

Should you have really interesting catnip, which animates an avatar, has some nice poses, kewl catnip effects, ... we might raise the bounty. Keep in mind though, Greenies Lawn is a void, so no lag-intensive scripting.
