Foolish Frost performance for OpenSim's 2nd birthday was a real blast. We were only a few avatars on the PGA - y'all do know registration is now open to all?! - but the atmosphere & stress testing fun was definitely there. And we've managed to crash the sim (only?) once! ;) Crimson Shadow was as good as full - I did not count the green dots - and I guess Foolish' words "Cause I can bairly move, and the sim's going boom" summarized that experience well. (Or maybe the high framerate on the PGA spoiled me.) Anyway, you want download links, right? I can confirm these are up, together with the lyrics at both the "Sweet Home on the Mainland" and "Lindens Lament" song pages. "Save the Drama" and "Hillbilly SL" were unique sneak-previews, though luck, if you missed the concert! For the full "Live from the Cornfield" concert, including Foolish' witty remarks, listen (and download) at the T61, or click play on the below widget:

(Here's the Tshirts page that Mr. Foolish mentions once so often. ;))
Download links & lyrics
The song pages, are as usual subs from music.rezzable.com. Choose one of the CD covers to go to that song's lyrics & download area:
Foolish Frost decided that his songs published here on the Rezzable website, should be considered part of the public domain: "I let them do anything they like with it. Make porn, light it on fire, shape it into a bullet and commit murder. So long as I'm not held accountable, me no care." Of course, if you wish to credit him, and you don't use it for pr0n or 'avatarcide,' we do not think he'll mind. This means you are free & encouraged, to listen, share, use "Linden's Lament" and "Sweet Home on the Mainland" in SL radio shows & DJ sets, for machinima, ... . Appreciated would be, if you let us know what 'cool stuff' you are using it for! The original song behind "Sweet Home on the Mainland" is "Sweet home, Alabama" and "Lindens Lament" is based on Billy Joel's "Piano Man".
Linden's Lament Music Video Machinima
You're curious how the Cornfield at Techra looked like? Duh! Here you go, some snapshots, and a "homemade, non-professional machinima" - but it does look pretty neat if you press high quality on YouTube, no? - I whipped together with footage shot at "Live from the Cornfield":
