2010 - Cybermancer by +DV8+

You can't have any kind of Cybercouture show in SL without one of the most forefront names in the genre, +DV8+. So of course they were right up the top of my list. I asked Vasha Martinek whether she was in, and the answer was a definate YES. And she created the amazing Razor Girl outfit that came with more options than my prim peen. I raved over this, of course - as you can see in Terry's blog it's terrific. Then a couple of days later the other creator in +DV8+ Dysturbed Sin dropped a male outfit on me, Cybermancer. I HAD NO IDEA. And I think I came close to actually humping his leg on the spot.

It's shiny black, it's wickedly sexy and oh boy is it badass. It comes with a shoulder cape and a halfskirt option, and I couldn't decide which I liked better. If you've ever read any of my work you know about my thing for latex; but apparently this is a PG blog so I think I'll just admire the aesthetics of it in this post. The primwork on the outfit isd great, the textures all match the system layers perfectly and it was dead easy to fit.

But in my eyes the real heros of the attachments in this is the mask and goggles with the pulsating glow of strange liquids coursing through them, and of course this mohawk - mooohhaawwwwkkk!!! I will be wearing this often, even after the day I finally peel the latex off. All the purple areas you see on the primwork are colour change, as is a feature of +DV8+'s work. And you can also mess with the glow levels as well, no editing skills required as it's all done by chat channel. I boosted the glow up to 110% at one point but then I was firmly asked to leave SL and not come back for two days. So this is me scowling under the goggles set to 40%.

This really is a stunning outfit, and the glory is that it's also a complete one. Even the boots come with.The Greenies 2010 - The Future Is Now show is now officially over, but there are still some vendors left on the sim. And almost all the brilliant creations we've shown you over the past month are now available in the creator's mainstores, bar a few event exclusives.This one is at the store at  Lasombra sim, along with the Razor Girl and a whole host of all the terrific work that earned +DV8+ an invite to the show in the first place.
