We've been showing you some existing items from our participants over the last few weeks on Ersatz Charisma's blog here, but as stunning as they have been? You ain't seen nothing yet.
Things are being put into place at Greenies Home, we are clearing space for the rather interesting runway build we have planned. I've also been watching with fascination the growing intensity that the real fashion world has for cybercouture with this turn of the decade, and the way it's filtering out into SL fashion. It's not just this 2010 event, if you want to whet your appetite befor then for all things fierce and futuristic then make sure you have a look at the 3DCC collaboration between MiaSnow, Grollwerks, JAStore, Xcentricity, TSM and Lurvebites here. It features alien skins such as the one I'm wearing in this top pic, spacesuits and these pose sets that you may find come in handy with the Flickr competition that we have planned - with terrific cash prizes, as always. And the new LeLutKa Ultra release may have been inspired by the works of Poe, but most of the pieces are quite cyber-warriortastic. And yes, you can expect me to butcher lots of words in the next month or so. I'm only allowed to do it because they know I love them, and will make them breakfast in the morning.

The date for the first runway show put on by the staggeringly professional and talented Avenue agency is the 11th at 10am, but our design team will be starting to hand in their creations from the 5th. So in the next few days we'll be dropping all kinds of hints and teaser pics on this site, make sure you keep a close eye on us because you know you want to see sparkly glowy things... yes, you do. We've also added three more great names to the roster - so please also look for Kira Ahn of [KA] Skins, Helena Stringer of TSM, and Alia Baroque of Fallen Gods - yay!
