Tunneling Towards The Light

A word of advice – do not look directly at these pictures. I'm featuring items from the Tunnel of Light in this mash. This much glow could easily burn out your retinas, so find some kind of refracting way to view this post. And then wait whilst I stop giggling at you all trying to see a vampire in a mirror.

I was skulking on the floor of the Tunnel of Light, waiting to catch the change from the pockets of the upturned happy couples blissfully taking the ride together when I realised that I needed better camouflage. So after rolling a few dazed riders coming off the ride for their wallets I went mad in the shop. I was already wearing the Toxic Tuxedo from Cascade Fashion Centre. An elegant black single breasted suit with satin lapels, an essential in any man's wardrobe. How else are you supposed to cruise bars trying to pick up by pretending you are James Bond? I'd jazzed it up a tad with the striped shirt from the Crimson Shadow Parlari set. But it was lacking something. You can't crash a sim on good taste alone.

And what looks classier than.... glow legwarmers? No, work with me here. These tartan beauties changed the lines of this suit dramatically. The glow wrapped around them in spirals gives the impression of speed, and being red ... well, we all know that red goes faster. Close inspection showed that the glow is actually caused by itty bitty fairies strapped to fishing line. It's okay though, PETA were consulted and fae don't fall under their jurisdiction. And they have a more fulfilling life as fashion, trust me. In honour of their sacrifice I also donned the Angel Wings. It would be some badass Angel that wore wings this razor sharp. After spending a happy afternoon pretending to be Gabriel in The Prophecy I whined at my hair deity Helena Stringer to make me up the Summon Winter mohawk in a glowing pumpkin hue to set this off. Helena made the Shadow Keeper and the Stained hair for the Inspired by Crimson Shadow showcase, and it's still available at the sim. Her sister Cherelle Capra of C&D Designs was also kind enough to make me up these belts. I can't go out looking less than perfectly accessorised, you know. And don't tell Emery, but I ripped off one of their ties as well. I finished it off with the boots from Crimson Shadow which I bought blindly after they were all reduced to 50l - 50l!! - And now I'm fully equipped in my pumpkin and tomato toned glowtacular to go back and lurk amongst the particles at the Tunnel, which Lazarus Charron wrote a less egocentric review of last week. Make sure you keep your hands and feet outside of the cup at all times, and don't bother to strap in.

Unless you are an AB positive, I'm so OVER that flavour.
