It's the time of the year again. damn that year went by fast!?! Anyway the Holiday season is coming at us and there is not much we can do about it. Besides enjoy ourselves and have fun :D Ladies be honest we love to style and dress up, deep inside a little barbie girl lies in all of us.
This Barbie girl is about to be set free, for the upcoming month she can be let loose to play. Dig deep in your inventorys and find those fancy dreses, robes, and gowns you mostly have been hiding throughout the year. My inner Barbie already has control of me this is why I will have to blog my Top ten favorite SL gowns or at least I plan to leave it at ten. Barbie said the last word on that isn't spoken yet :-s

I noticed in 90% of my posts I wear dresses, skirts or gowns. How odd! loool. I think it's way over due that I pay tribute to "Pants" my most beloved wearable in RL and SL. But it wasn't always like that when I started to Rezz in Second Life regularly In early 2007, the whole fashion scene was under early development. I was in love with flexi skirts the short the long, it was just so incredible to see how they moved specially when I got my sexy walk gifted by one of the first people who crossed my way on the grid and shared the first few month with me. She is an artist in Real Life and also was no Newbie to the Online and SL world back then, just a perfect guide to show me around. We had some fun.

Today's post is dedicated to the fabulous creations of Digit Darkes. Many of you got to know her brand by now as she been around quite a while. She also took part on several Rezzable Events like Digital Alchemy and the first edition of Black Swan. I never made it a secret that I am a huge fan of her since the 1st hour, so is Lokum and asked me to give it a go on a blog about my favorite dresses of Digit Darkes. Totally fell in love with this idea as I'm quite impressed how she keeps getting better with each release and on top of that, what is possible nowadays in SL, in terms of designing and building.

Runway Magazine creating a feed through our blogs then get published again in other feeds.  Like we needed that spam. In their blog no contact information is given so that  I can contact them to be taken out of that feed. Also they say that the blog is no longer monitored. Fashion World of SL is one of the only places I turn to catch up with fashion news daily but I hate to see that people try to spam it without the consent of others.  Please do take the Rezzable website from your feed. I guess if this doesnt work we will need to complain to Wordpress.

The other day I was reflecting on how many activities in Second Life revolve around sitting on something. I'd juts purchased a picnic table for my SL garden, and was standing on the roof (yeah, I primarily inhabit a roof, what of it?) talking to some friends, complaining of boredom, as one does in SL. Then the fabulous idea hit me! “Let's all go and sit on the new picnic table” I said. And everyone said “Ooh, okay, let's!”. And we did. And much fun was had, involving a parrot, a squirrel, a dustbin full of atomic bombs, and a duck with an identity crisis (don't ask). All because instead of standing, we had gone to sit on my lovely new picnic table.

Fashion Inspired by Black Swan gathered many talented designers in a stunning location with great outfits hard to choose from. I have picked the one that I was less familiar with and that is Digit Darkes. I have heard so much about her but never owned a piece from her collection until last week.
