It's been two years since the Greenies stranded in the big house. Just waiting and hoping that another mothership comes to pick them up. As we know this didn't happen until today. So our green friends finally decided to build their own UFO to send a team back to their homeplanet. After thorough exploration of the house interior, analysis of the existing technologies and study of the domestic organisms; three Greenies started to design various ships what developed into a excitingly challenge ...

June 15th will be the next fashion show @  Greenies Home with 9 unique avatars and 3 outfits of the disco collection. Durring the last 2 weeks I presented you already 6 avatars and 2 outfits of the last catwalk event. In part 3 i gonna show you the mising ones. The Angel Greenie, Space Villian, Neko Avatar and the Grooving Cold disco look.

The Greenie’s Fashion show on the May 18th was a full success and will continue in one month. To bridge the time up to then, I wanna present you the avatars and outfits which our models Sarlah Maggs, Cerealistic Noland and Noodlze Thorsveld already showed you durring the catwalk show. Perhaps you missed it. ^^ 

The Greenies are a folk of explorers. They travel from planet to planet, always on search for new life forms, secrets and challenges ... until they crashed their mothership by a pilot error (distraction through a butterfly) on the earth. They try since years, without success, to manufacture a new one. Can you help them within the next 4 weeks?

The UFO building contest starts May 11th  and ends June 7th. On June 8th, 1-3pm SLT takes the presentation of your spaceships at Greenies Home Rezzable place. A  jury will decide who wins the prize money of L$ 3000 + 3 Greenie avatars. The 2nd gets L$2000 + 2 Greenie avatars and the 3rd L$1000 + 1 Greenie avatar. 

Friday, April 19th 2009 - It's 11:50am SLT and sweat collects itself in my helmet. 3 weeks organization and now it finally starts. The big spring festival. I am excited but also very nervous. Hopefully the guests like the decoration and find their way to the stage area. The SL event calender shows our festival, flyers and posters are out since 2 weeks, I got already the stream urls of the live musicians and send notices out now. Ufff. Did I forget something? Hmm. I don't think so. 12:06pm SLT: The first guests arrive and the stage area fills slowly. Zorch is ready and the show can begin! The clock shows 12:24pm SLT and i get a message from the 3rd live performer of today's daily. Artel Brando: "I can't be ther e... they changed my other gig to 1-2pm SLT and i'm not able to do 2 hours live set without break". Nuuuuh! But his situation is understandable. Luckily i have my fantastic hostess Sarlah which helps me out and offers to DJ one hour to cover the gap. *hugs* 12:45pm SLT: The festival revives and I count 36 people now. Zorch is a great musician and right after him performs Maximillion Kleene, a big fan of our green community.

The green guys know only one thing for sure. They will celebrate the New Year with a fantastic firework show and  DJane Sarlah Maggs!!! Friday, 2-4pm SLT. Everybody is invited and get a small gift!!! Join us and have fun on a gigantic extraterrestrial scale.

Merry Christmas (or the equivalent in your religion, or just "may thy gifts be pleasant and thou family members not to embarrasing") to all! For those who aren't on a well-deserved ski trip, there's a huge consolation: neither is your Greenies' crew. This means we've got quite some activities and contests for you to enjoy! Tonight you can join us for a big party on the Greenies kitchen table from 12 noon to 3 pm SLT (TP), hosted by Angelina Rhode with DJ Krakov Letov. Winners of the Greenies Virtual Holiday Decoration Contest will be announced and fabulous prizes handed out.
