The Greenies celebrate their "Landing Day" in Second Life from 2 years ago with a gigantic party on August 15th 2009, 11am - 4:30pm SLT. All terrestrial and extraterrestrial creatures are cordially invited to join us on the kitchen table. Incredible live performances, orbital tunes and beautiful particle shows will take your breath!

A couple of visitors asked me durring the last weeks why the doll house is such empty. I had some good excuses like the cockroaches destroyed all of  the furnitures or the house owners sold the decorations on the junk market. But honestly i had no idea ... Who could suspect that all those pretty chairs, beds and sofas get pimped with new animations?

I sneaked yesterday on my regular sim tour through the doll house and couldn't trust my eyes. It was like birthday, christmas and easter together. Wishes of a little girl become true! Tons of new furnitures to decorate and play with. But who rezzed them? (a) The house owners cause they expect a baby? (b) The Greenies which invented a new replicator machine last week? or (c) The fantastic creator LittleToe Bartlett which wanna make us a joy? (c is correct) ;D

Build on scale 28:1, this giant house is a pleasure to explore. You can spend hours by discovering all the crazy details which creators Pavig Lok and LittleToe Bartlett added to this place. If you don't have the desire to fly simply around, grab a Mini UFO or rezz your own transportation and master the checkpoint race. For those who wanna train target practice: hunt with Zapguns after cockroaches, burst soap bubbles, play dart in the breadbox or throw others with snowballs from the giant freezer. Fun on a gigantic scale ensure also live artists and RL DJs from all over the world durring musical events like "Spaced Out" and "Orbital Tunes". Besides games and parties the sim offers a wide variety of avatars, clothes, vehicles and items which make it possible to join the extraterrestial community and enjoy the life on our little big planet as a Greenie.

Merry Christmas (or the equivalent in your religion, or just "may thy gifts be pleasant and thou family members not to embarrasing") to all! For those who aren't on a well-deserved ski trip, there's a huge consolation: neither is your Greenies' crew. This means we've got quite some activities and contests for you to enjoy! Tonight you can join us for a big party on the Greenies kitchen table from 12 noon to 3 pm SLT (TP), hosted by Angelina Rhode with DJ Krakov Letov. Winners of the Greenies Virtual Holiday Decoration Contest will be announced and fabulous prizes handed out.

The cold season just started and our green friends celebrate Christmas with the help of their new friends from all over the world. They decorate the house, bake cookies in the big stove and play christmas elfs by making lots of gifts. The Greenies also found a new hobby ... winter sports like hoversnowboarding or icecreamball fighting. They do it with lots of passion and enthusiasm cause snow and ice are unknown things on their home planet.

Lets accompany the Greenies on their journey through Christmas and winter time, have fun with the lil green guys and take lots of memory pictures from their experience with frozen stuff and Santa Claus.

Last time, dear readers, I brought you an overview of the Greenies, a mischievous little alien race that inhabits Greenies Home Rezzable and Greenies Lawn Rezzable. During my time spent exploring these areas and getting to know them about as well as I could, I felt a desire building within me to join them. I know that may sound silly, dear readers, but joining them is far easier than you may imagine. The store in Greenies Home is jam-packed with all manner of Greenies to slip into, including homages to various shows and sci-fi extravaganzas, to name a few. Following my success in first contact I thought that I would return in order to mingle with them. I thought that I would come back in order to become one with them.

In the past years we haven't really celebrated Christmas at Greenies. This year, that's going to change! Miss Kaeli kicked of the 'Xmas Frenzy' by creating us a lovely tiny & normal size Greenie Christmas Avatar (certified adorable). Miss LT has already started decorating and is setting up a 'snow ball fight battle arena' in the Greenies' Fridge (the freezer department) using Miss Ordinal's Cold System (necessary snow balls available there). But, as Greenies come from a place both snow and the celebration of the holiday season is unknown, they could still use a little help. And maybe, through your decoration suggestions, you can teach our Green Friends what the holidays are about? Read on for rules & prizes.

Alone under aliens! My order: Lift the Top Secrets of our green friends. I sneaked through their mothership, disguised as one of them. Spied their discussions and heard about a big happening, which takes place in the near future ... an invasion?, fishing contest? or the development of elastic space pants? I needed more information and continued my search. Suddenly a green alarm started to create weird sounds and all the greenies ran like frightened chickens through the ship. I grabbed one and asked for the reason. He looked at me with big yellow eyes, pressed a document into my hands and whispered in broken english: "Iz a surprize from Verde!". I was excited, opened the file and read the content .... Top Secret! Greenies only!
