• After visiting the mischivious german carnival a couple of times the Greenies finally decided to enter the parade with a own cart! The motto of 2010: "Jekk läggt!? O.o The target: Turn the Jekken into Greenies! But how to turn crazy imps into submissive aliens? Allure them with roasted egg (Germans love those!) and free avatars!

The virtuell "Rose Monday" parade starts February 15 at 10am SLT in front of the cathedral in Cologne SL with a friendly "Alaaf". Many inworld institutions and groups like Magic Builder, GNC and the GREENIES will participate with their carnival carts. The festival moves at 11am SLT to Coblenz SL where the parade continues with a joyful "Helau"! The market girls welcome the track with their traditional dances at 12pm SLT in Munich SL. Ongoing we celebrate the motto "Greenie läggt" with a incredible aftershow party in Cologne and Munich.

We are very pleased to announce that the "Rezzable Visions" art series will get rolling again, this time on the Rezzable Private Grid (alpha2). The first artist that will present a brand new creation is Bryn Oh.  Bryn Oh's work is a fantastic example of the kind of art installations we want to put out on our opensim grid. Bryn uses the new medium that is the metaverse to tell stories and engage the visitors into the action and drama. We had an incredible piece from Bryn on Black Swan when it was up in SL. We know that this new work will again push the limits of prims and find a magically way to pull us into the mix. Stay tuned on when "Crosshatch" will be open to the public.

Intrigue-Immersion-interaction--mystery-melancholic at times.... her installations produce awe , deep thought and amazement!

Bryn Oh is a sort of second life "Ghost artist" for a Toronto Oil painter.  She is a Metaverse artist who is meant to exist only online.  She is a concept, a pixel character who inhabits the virtual world of Second Life.  To one day exhibit amongst first life artists in a formal gallery environment as a digital character is the eventual goal.

Hot topics: How to design great virtual areas and what is the future for virtual experiences. We discussed these on Mitch Wagner's Copper Robot show that you can see above. It was a pretty interesting look at best practices, tips and some notions about what might develop in the future. I was on with John Jainschigg (smartertechnology.com) who has led a lot of corporate work, like Sun's areas on SL.

The Greenies celebrate their "Landing Day" in Second Life from 2 years ago with a gigantic party on August 15th 2009, 11am - 4:30pm SLT. All terrestrial and extraterrestrial creatures are cordially invited to join us on the kitchen table. Incredible live performances, orbital tunes and beautiful particle shows will take your breath!

June 15th will be the next fashion show @  Greenies Home with 9 unique avatars and 3 outfits of the disco collection. Durring the last 2 weeks I presented you already 6 avatars and 2 outfits of the last catwalk event. In part 3 i gonna show you the mising ones. The Angel Greenie, Space Villian, Neko Avatar and the Grooving Cold disco look.

The Greenie’s Fashion show on the May 18th was a full success and will continue in one month.
