Spring/Summer '09 Reflections

As the leaves change into their autumn hues and chilly breezes nip at our heels, its clear that the fresh, bright seasons of spring and summer have bid us adieu for the year. This does not mean, however, we cannot look fondly back at what they brought us, especially in the realm of fashion-

We are enjoying a sunny day in London. It is quite suprising as its almost the end of summer. So today, I wanted to be all girly and summery as we have a  three day weekend in London with loads of sunshine ahead of us  and I am already in holiday mood.

Greenies Lawn opens for Zero-G members July 2nd

Flying over from Greenies Home Sim, many have attempted to land at Greenies Lawn to no avail: sim was 'under very busy construction'. Jolly news: we finally found it ready to show & being enjoyed by a select public. Wednesday 2nd of June - that's tomorrow - at 7AM SLT, Greenies Lawn (click for TP) will open for members of the Zero-G group! Yeey! They can now explore and enjoy the virtual sun at the same time. No sitting inside in the hot Greenies Home, feet in the sink to try and chill, but virtually outside, rezzing towels to sunbathe - don't forget the sunscreen!

Surfline's Virtual Summer Outfit Suggestion

Surfline Backpack for Girls

With summer upon us, I thought it would be nice to dress in something light, short and completely adorable. The Surfline cotton n lace shirt, with off the shoulder lace topped prim sleeves and coloured shorts, both in yellow. What I like about the top is the gentle gathering of the material in the front, a tiny key hole opening, giving just a hint of skin and the way it stops right above my belly button. Not only is it coloured perfectly to go with the shorts, but it mixes nicely with a pair of jeans or even a white mini skirt.
