Baiastice's, Wasabi Pills and KA Designs future at Rezzable

"Boom Boom Pow" Was the name of the first single release of the latest album by the Black Eyed Peas, the visual side of the song the Video was made in a futuristic style. Lightings, neon colors, robot like outfits and dance moves, outta space shots, mostly dark scenes with spotlight. The song and the video were a massive success for the band. I also bought the album. :D Question is why am I telling you about this? It is another perfect example that Rezzable is going with the futuristic trend with their newest Event: 2010 - The Future is Now". Where many great SL designers got inspired to create something special just for this event.

My Halloween

I'm in an interesting and confusing position. I'm a vampire. Sometimes I'll go so far as to brag that I'm THE vampire. And yet...  we don't really celebrate Halloween in Australia. Thank god for the global community of Second Life, eh? Because that gives me a chance to waltz around the graveyards with an Undead beauty on my arm and celebrate all that is witchy, wicked and wild. I had three Halloween costumes for this year - one for Role Magazine, one to make Achariya wet herself laughing on her personal blog and finally the one that I actually ended up wearing for the day. Yes, I crossed to the even darker side for the Samhain and became a World of Warcraft elf for a day.

Digital Lotus In The Dark

In Ancient Egypt, the Lotus was a symbol of the sun, of creation and rebirth. At night the flower closes and sinks underwater, at dawn it rises and opens again. One of the most enduring motifs in the legends of these people, this plant - which is the only one in the world to both flower and fruit simultaneously -  is a source of design inspiration to this day.

This modern Egyptian dress "The Lotus Gown" is styled by Digit Darkes for exotic beauty and sensual elegance. I don't need too many words to let you appreciate the cut of this gorgeous creation.

The movement on this skirt is amazing, it twirls about your ankles like sequinned butterflies. Digit knows how to make a dress that just begs to go dancing.
