@Dana--not sure you should feel so charitable tbh. The grid has grown more than 50% in last 6 months while user acitivity is not. There have been increases in total user hours, but not that dramatic to justify doubling costs.  And what about all the money they collected for provisioning, converting thousands of sims--are they gonna refund that now?  And they are pushing more new land while the whole world is in financial disarray. Seems to me not just an honest mistake at hand here.
