Rezzable

Unlikely. We are more interested in creating our own brands and destinations than doing contract work for corporates.

Sure, but we are a bit picky on things. In fact we are more interested in discussing how to add interactivity and new stuff to our existing areas.

We take items for freebies to give out to people on the Dump area. It can be a great showcase for your work. We also invite serious builders to use our Rezzable Creator Sandbox. You can apply for joining that group by IM'ing an officer inworld. We do also commission work, especially for new merchandise that fits one of our existing brands. For merchandise work please send information about your experience and ideas to Lokum@rezzable.com .

Maybe. We always try to support a good cause. We often allow groups to use our sims for events. Please send us a request.

Yes, of course we do. You can find our Privacy Policy here. Customer Support
Yes, please send emails to customer@rezzable.com and try to give specifics about product and problem you are having. We try to respond as soon as possible.

Please send an inworld IM to the avatar that sold the item. We can try to sort it out with you. But in general all items are sold as is and should work within the current SL environment. Most scripted items (usually those ones break) have an automatic update service.

All sales are final. However if you bought a really expensive item and you want to return it within first 24 hours, please send an inworld IM to sales avatar. We can try to refund part or all of the sale, but no promises!

Usually we ban people for a reason and don't lift bans. First step is to contact the Rezzable staff person who banned you and see if you can sort it out. If you feel this is still not satisfactory, please send us an email using this form. If you contact use via IM or email otherwise we will not be able to lift ban.

Please go to our contact form and choose the 'Report stolen Rezzable content' category. We'll contact you by email - or in-world if you prefer and leave contact information - to follow up ASAP.

The Avatar Link Station

The Avatar Link Station is an object in Second Life that you can visit to do one of two things:

  1. Quickly create a new account on the Rezzable website with the name of your Second Life avatar, automatically linked to that avatar;
  2. Link your Second Life avatar to an already-existing account on the Rezzable website.

Firstly, it means that nobody can impersonate you - if anyone else tries to type your name into their avatar name box, it will show up as “Unverified” and they won’t be able to link it.

Secondly, Rezzable is constantly developing new applications to connect the web and virtual worlds - linking your avatar means that you will be able to receive customised information and gifts, and access special parts of Rezzable’s Second Life presence.

Your Rezzable website account includes a section for the name of your Second Life avatar. However, until you confirm that that’s the correct name, it will show as “Unverified” - otherwise anyone could claim to be Philip Linden!

“Verified” in green text next to the avatar name means that the Rezzable website account has been definitely linked to that Second Life avatar via the Link Station.

If you don’t already have an account on the Rezzable website, creating a new one with your avatar name is simple.

  1. Visit a Link Station in Second Life.
  2. Touch the top panel marked “Register New Account”, and follow the instructions in the blue boxes on the top right of your screen.
  3. As standard, you will be given an account name the same as your Second Life name. You can change it at this stage, or later on by editing your account on the Rezzable website web page.
  4. You will need to enter an email address. Make sure that this is a real one!
  5. Once you have confirmed your account name and email address, you will receive an email with details of how to log in to the Rezzable website.

If you already have an account on the Rezzable website and want to connect it to an avatar, here is how to do it.

  1. Go to your account page on the Rezzable website
  2. Select the tab marked “Second Life” at the top, and type in the name of your avatar. It will show as “Unregistered” at this point.
  3. Now go into Second Life and visit a Link Station.
  4. Touch the lower panel marked “Confirm Account to Avatar Link”, and follow the instructions in the blue boxes on the top right of your screen.
  5. Your connection to your account should then occur automatica

If you change your avatar name on your account page on the Rezzable website, it will reset the information and make you “Unverified” again. You can then follow the steps in the “How do I link an account I’ve already created...” section above to link your new avatar.

For an updated list, check the Avatar Link Station webpage.

Please report any errors on the Rezzable website contact form.

Broadcast Lists

Broadcast lists are a way to keep up on the latest news about a Rezzable brand, without having to use up a precious Second Life group slot.

The lists you can join are Green the Grid, Darklands, Rezzable Art, Music, Fashion and Sports & Games. Whenever there is news, you'll be automatically sent a message about it, by receiving an IM, or a notecard, landmark or other object, within Second Life.

You can join or leave lists using a Broadcast List Subscriber. These shiny black monoliths can be found at the entrance points of most Rezzable areas, including:

Touching the "ALL LISTS!" button will add you to all available lists. Touching the "* unsubscribe *" button will remove you from one list, or all lists. To join lists individually, touch the button with their name on it.
