We might not always write them down, but at the beginning of each year, we say "this is what I'm going to do different", or "this is what I want to achieve". This all very definitely applies in Real Life as well, but somehow it's that bit more obvious when I log into Sl only to stand there telling myself I'm useless and Doing It Wrong.
