I began designing jewelry about 10 years ago in real life. I tend to use a lot of  bicone swarovski crystal beads, handmade clay charms, and  chunky plastic charms that  are a lot like the creations I make in SL. I can't tell you how many hours I've spent in a bead store just staring at the shapes, textures, colors and imagining the possibilities. My real life pieces are primarily done as gifts for friends and family or personal use. I have yet to embark on a real life business, though it is a very big dream of mine. I'm currently learning how to weave chain maille, and sculpt metal clays to incorporate into my pieces.

I started creating jewelry and accessories in SL about 6 months after my rez date. I was never really able to find my personal style of jewellery on the grid. Also buying crystals, beads, and high quality metal findings is quite a spendy habit in the RL, with Second Life I could create replicas of these items with little to no cost, just a good amount of time and patience. So calling on my teen angst years of D.I.Y.-dom, I began pouring over the forums, tutorials, and The Ivory Tower of Prims for weeks to learn just how to build, while focusing on tiny prims. I enjoy meshing all of my favorite fashion styles into my sets to compliment my ever expanding wardrobe choices, and I hope other's will enjoy them as well.
